The Property:
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the dining room with its monumental fireplace
In the large living room (50 m2), leather sofas surround another beautiful fireplace made of stone. A TV corner (Satellite, DVD, Hifi, etc.) and an entertainment place are also part of this room
At each end of the "Bastide", are located 2 bedrooms fully independent, each one with its own bathroom equipped with bath or shower, and two separate wc. Each bedroom has 2 electric 80x200 beds
The first floor comprises 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with shower and wc. Two bedrooms have 160x200 beds, and the other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 electric 80x200 beds each.

The private 10.000 m2 park is home to a 10x5 m swimming pool, heated (May until September) and fenced. Sunlounges, chairs and parasols are also at your disposal
You will be able to relax on a 100 m2 terrace with pergola, barbecue and outdoor teak furniture
For your outdoor dining, you can also use the summer kitchen with its ancient bread oven

The surroundings of our estate is rich in many historical or prehistorical treasures, among which the most famous are the Lascaux Caves and the medieval city of Sarlat
You will also enjoy sailing down the Vézère river in the ancient Gabarres. There are also many festivals liven up the whole region during the summer
The lovers of the small white ball will be able to practise their game in the Swin 18 holes of St Genies, 4 Km away from our estate
Nearby, lovely shaded paths offer you many opportunities of walking, cycling or horse riding. If you prefer water sports, you might be tempted by trout fishing in the Vézère, or even canoeing
We will advise you on the best places to taste the secrets of the perigordian gastronomy: foie gras paté, confits, omelette with truffles, poêlées de cèpes, and many other delights...
A visit to the regional wine caves is also strongly recommended! You will then know everything of the wines ending with "ac" (Bergerac, Monbazillac, etc.).
