The grounds:
The views from the apartment and terraces are of the lake and eight acres of private meadow and lawn. The one-acre lake is home to carp (5kg – 12kg), pike (up to 9kg), roach and tench.

Nearby:
The apartment offers the tranquility of a rural setting with a bridal path to the rear of the property, but is only a ten minutes drive away from the medieval town of Parthenay and all the local amenities and ten minutes walk from the pretty village of St. Pardoux. This has a bar, restaurant, post office, boulangerie and general store.

The apartment also offers easy access to major routes and is within short driving distance off Futurescope, the Chizé Forest and Zoo, the beautiful city of Samaur, home to the prestigious National Riding School of the Cadre Noir and the Marais Poitevin otherwise known as Venice Vert (Green Venice), with its many walks, cycle tracks and canals.
