The 9m x 5m swimming pool is set in the main part of the garden where parasols and sun loungers are provided. There is a poolside shower room with wc.

There is also an outdoor table tennis table, boules pitch and a small children's play area

Outside both cottages there is garden furniture and barbecues for eating al fresco

Situated in the beautiful 'Perigord Pourpre' countryside, the area is extremely popular as a French holiday destination and is renowned for its spectacular afforested countryside and gastronomic delights. It is located 2 minutes from the small village of Issac, and less than 10 minutes from the pretty market town of Mussidan, which has all amenities and a wide selection of superb restaurants. The larger towns of Bergerac and Perigueux are both a 30 minute drive away.
There are numerous tourist attractions and activities in the area, for example; chateaux, gardens, museums, pretty villages and lively markets, vineyards, canoeing on the rivers, recreational lakes and much more
