The house has been beautifully restored by the current owners, retaining its original charm and splendour with its superb stonework, beams and high ceilings. To enter the dining room is like going into a baronial hall.

Access to the private garden is through large French doors leading from the lounge/dining room. There is a gravelled terrace area with garden furniture and which has magnificent views over the rolling countryside and woods. Steps lead down from the terrace to a grass area where children can safely play with swings and play equipment.
At the end of the terrace there is a fenced off, partly above ground, swimming pool

Le Logis is situated in the small hamlet of Pers which lies mid way between the market towns of Sauzé-Vaussais and Lezay. Set in beautiful rolling countryside, it is only 40 mins from the historical town of Poitiers and the cinematic theme park of Futuroscope is about 50 minutes away. It is only a short drive to the Charente River where there are facilities for canoeing and swimming
