A covered courtyard with table and chairs leads to the poolside studio, which has two singles and one double bed, bathroom, small kitchen and lounge. The terrace outside the studio adjoins the 10 X 5 metre pool and overlooks the beautiful, large, wooded garden which provides plenty of space for children to play

The house is situated on the edge of a small village within a short walk of a bread shop, bar and general store. The village is mid way between the market towns of Lezay and Sauzé-Vaussais where there is a full range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Facilities for tennis, horse riding, fishing and canoeing can be found within an easy drive of the house
