our base in Sainte Jean D'angely, French Property Matters
provides property management and maintenance services across
the Charente Maritime and can assist you in a variety of ways.
We will do as much or as little as suits you best. We work
to high standards and we always provide regular and detailed
reports (with digital photographs) about the properties we
look after.
Owning
a property in France as a second home, or for letting, can
be a pleasurable and profitable experience but it can catch
out the unwary. When problems arise, both insurance companies
and police take an extremely dim view of owners that have
not followed the “letter of the law”, or have not used properly
qualified and registered Artisans, this can result in insurance
claims not being met and in some cases prosecution can follow.
Having your property looked after by a registered property
management company that has experience, competence and capability
is a must.
To
provide you with complete peace of mind we are fully registered
and insured for all of the work we complete and the equipment
that we use. Furthermore, over time, we have come to know
the best Artisans for requirements that we are not registered
to complete and as we pass to them a lot of work, they in
return will prioritise your work, along with providing you
with preferential rates. As we see this as part of the service
we provide to you, there is no mark-up of prices and the bill
is sent directly to you by the Artisan.
